About Ms. Cole
Hello all! Here is a short introduction for you to get to know me a little better.
I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2015 with a Secondary Education BA, History major and English minor. I love both History and English equally, and I try to marry these two subjects as best I can in the classroom. I love reading, with historical fiction and fantasy being my two favorite genres to read. I love to write as well, and I have tried and failed many times to write the next Great American Novel. I am very interested in zoology, and I know a great deal about many different animals. I am also quite knowledgeable about dinosaurs thanks to a younger brother who wanted to be a paleontologist.
Outside of school I enjoy hiking and swimming, as well as visiting museums and zoos. I also have a soft spot for video games since I learned to play on an old Super Nintendo when I was eight. My favorite is still Super Mario World.
